crampy and ravished


Why is it every three months or so... my "red tent" days are horrible. I am three days late and my head and bottom half are going to explode or implode or some kind of plode...


I even have eye sight problems and seem to over or underestimate counters.... continuously walking into things, or dropping them!


I want to eat everything..twice and then lay with a heating pad on my recliner. My cats are pissing me off right now because they are enjoying their salmon dinner, but nooooo..


I get a reduced fat freakin' muffin.....


I want pancakes and bacon, side of sausage... then eggs benedict. for lunch I want a shrimp louie with a side of beef au jois... for snack... hot wings and then for dinner, olive garden ...the all you can eat soup , salad and breadsticks... I will think about dessert!


PS... pass the hot buttered bread!

I am going to make my first juice today for breakfast/lunch. I have Kale, ;pineapple, pear, berries. Who knows, it might be good.
Michael send me a cool recipe book on juices.

i surely dont miss my aunt flo...but im sure that i have contant pms. poor steve.
i would like a steak sandwich convered in sauted onions open faced on sourdough bread, side of macaroni salad and pickles. i would like candy for desert. and i will have 7 layer dip for snack, and maybe some smores. and ice cream.

then i will wash it all down with some jamba juice...
ahh to dream....i can only eat about 5 bites of food then im stuffed...speck is smashing my tummy.

You guys! That all sounds so good! Why , why, why does it have to be so hard to lose weight??

I guess we have to focus more on health than weight right?
