HERstory 8 - Simple goodness

So much about these little morsels of vanilla love is about my youngen' years. Mom used to make this wonderful banana pudding all decorated with the little circles of crunchy heaven.
When I googled "nilla wafers" I was amazed at the uses for these wafers. Wafer...hmm... anyway!
These cookies win for longest standing food in this family.... I dare anyone to challenge this statement!
