Last year, at this time, I went to the State Capitol and spoke with several assemblymembers. Well it is here again. We are trying to get a bill passed for the Patient Care Techs to be licensed by the State vs. Nationally.
Personally I believe in a National test... so I won't be pushing it much, but I will be pushing for ( if it passes ) the test taking monies to be a revenue for every State of origin. It is a Senate Bill called SB112. Needless to say, I have my GPS and four appts at the Capitol. I will leave at 6 am and come home around 6 pm.
I am much more prepared this year and hopefully a little more brave. Wish me luck...
