Today I found out Santa Rosa and Windsor clinics are receiving a "team work" award from corporate. It is a big deal ... to me..
It means all my efforts to organize Santa Rosa has paid off when they adopted the practice in Windsor. Although I am not named in particular, I have gotten a "nod" from the corporate mucky mucks..
I am beaming..
But what is weird is I have already felt this accomplishment myself prior ... I already knew my goals were coming home... it is just nice to be noticed by others..

Reminds me of a sign I saw at work: Working here is like peeing your pants in a dark suit. You get a warm feeling but no one notices.
